As I write this post I am wandering from Silverknowes to Cramond with my dogs running and playing on the beach feeling utterly joyful 🥰
My good friend and Spectrum creator Professor Mick Stott rode up a few days ago on his 1800cc Harley Davidson to bring me a Spooky 2 👻 machine to get me started with my frequency healing ❤️🩹
Mick and his wife Victoria are one of the most amazing couples I’ve been lucky enough to meet in this lifetime. I say lucky, but I don’t believe luck had anything to do with it. I connected with Victoria in a crowd of 34,000 people, and we instantly clicked. Vick and Mick are a rare force for good in this crazy world, true good samaritans, doing much of their work for free, helping the people who need it most. Their existence makes the planet a better place 🥰
We took the Harley for a run in the sun, down one of the countries best known biker roads (the A701) to Moffat, to visit my folks and have a cuppa and a chat in their garden in the sunshine ☀️

We took in a show – my second night in out two days, which is unheard of for me. Saw two great comedy shows and laughed till my face hurt 😆
It’s rare thing for someone to go out of their way, taking days out of a busy schedule, driving hundreds of miles, to help someone they’ve known for less than six months, expecting nothing in return. I am incredibly grateful 🙏
In a world full of corruption and greed, such things are inspiring. It gladdens my heart and helps to pave the way to a better future 💕
I’ve given myself until the 11th of September to make a decision about surgery, but with each day that passes I feel more sure that I’m supposed to keep going. I think my results were a heads up, that I need to give it 100%. This is not a time for half measures. No more cake shall pass my lips!
(for some unknown reason it wont let me delete these empty videos 🤷♀️)
In the space of 3 days received 3 different articles from 3 different people about how bee stings kill cancer cells – very quickly 🐝
Three is a magic number ✨
For me, this is definitely a sign from the universe. My sister has bees, my brother is coming over in a few weeks and he has bees and is happy to help me catch them and sting me 😳 My friend Sam has a honey farm and knows how to do it all. Seems like it’s meant to bee! 🐝

My friends have been gathering around me, and while most of them think I’m utterly mad and would much rather I gave up and had surgery, I honestly don’t think that is my path. I’m keeping an open mind until I get back from Morocco, where I’m going with my (fictional) wife from Fife.

We are going to visit my daughter and her boyfriend Khalid, (he’s actually her husband but until they are here and living together it feels too strange to call him her husband), and go to the beautiful blue city of Essaouria. I’m spending the last few days with Khalid’s mum Naima, a beautiful soul, whose only English is “I love you too” 🥰

It’s 43° in Marrakesh and she doesn’t have air conditioning 🥵
It’s gonna be an interesting few days. I will be writing in the sun, my book is coming along nicely 📖
Writing and healing will be my focus for the next while. I will be using Spectrum to help those closest to me for now, when my book is finished and my boob restored to its former glory I will take Spectrum to the next level and use it to help a wider audience. It’s an incredible way of healing trauma, without having to relive it, or even talk about it, and I know it is my mission in this lifetime, to help people heal and move forward, free of the shackles of trauma ❤️🩹
With love from to you from me 🥰
